a number of refineries for base oils in Russia, Ukraine,
Belorussia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
The requirements for every product are well known
and we ensure stable/guaranteed parameters. We are
in the position to supply specially designed products
for several industrial, automotive and transport applications.

development of new innovate products
The team consists of well experienced and internationally
accepted petrochemical experts for the regular
quality control, blending of products and development
of new special formulas. The quality of our products
is guaranteed by continuous inspection through independent
inspectors of SGS during all facets of transport
till final destination.
- hocem: transit - storage - terminal
For transit shipments we have sufficient shore tanks
in the Oiltanking terminal in Muuga/Tallinn. Our terminal
offers product separation and warranting product
specification. Our shore tanks are fully coated, insulated,
equipped with dedicated stainless steel pipelines
and heating system up to 80ºC.
- hocem: distribution terminal
We offer our clients storage and distribution shore tanks
at the Noord Natie Terminals N.V., Antwerp/Belgium
and Kaneb Terminals Ltd., Eastham/UK. The terminals
are equipped with stainless steel tanks, vapour return
system, installations for heating of products, blending
and injection of additives. Berth for sea-going vessels
and barges, loading areas for trucks and rail tank cars.
Drumming into different types of drums can be performed.
We commit ourselves to a fast and reliable delivery.
- hocem: shipping and delivery in time
For fast and reliable shipment from our transit terminal
we have a close cooperation with our shipping agent
and we have under hocem-charter one marine tanker
with a loading capacity of 3.200 metric tons. The tanker
is equipped with heating system and efficient pumping
system. Therefore we are fast and flexible and we have
the ability to supply the products at your demand.
